How do I return an item?

•Returns: Any item may be returned within 30 days from Shipping company purchase date in it's original packaging unopened and not used for a full refund less original shipping charges and credit card processing fees. All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours or within the time before order is processed. All processed orders that are cancelled are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee. User related Damage or un-crated appliance (s) or opened & used product (s) being returned will have a 15% restocking fee added. Used vacuum fittings,any kind of replacement filters, Electrical parts, open vacuum bags, and opened detergents / chemicals may not be returned. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refund will be issued after inspection of product (s) recieved. All packages returned must have a return authorization number from Packages without return authorization number will be refused at customers cost.
