How do I return an item?

Returns:
  • Any item may be returned within thirty(30) days from the original purchase date, provided it is in its original packaging, unopened and not used, for a full refund less original shipping charges and credit card processing fees.
  • All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the time when the order is placed or within the time period before order is processed.
  • All processed orders that are cancelled are subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee.
  • User-related damage or un-crated appliance(s) or opened & used product(s) being returned will have a minimum 15% restocking fee added.
  • Used vacuum fittings, any kind of replacement filters, electrical parts, open vacuum bags and opened detergents/chemicals may not be returned for any reason.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the item.
  • Refund will be issued after the receiving and subsequent inspection of the product(s) being returned.
  • All packages returned must have a return authorization number from MyVacuumStore.com. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused at the customer's cost. Please call us toll-free at (800) 649-7996 to obtain a return authorization number.
